Vodafone Mobile Connect Huawei k3565 in Ubuntu Hardy
Tutorial :
- Install USBmodeswitch
- Install Vodafone Mobile Connect
- Open terminal dan run command ini, sudo apt-get install -f
- dan kemudian, command ini..
vodafone-mobile-connect-card-driver-for-linux - atau pergi ke menu Applications->Internet-> Vodafone Mobile Connect
- Kemudian anda akan dapat paparan seperti gambar di bawah, hanya tunggu. *Jika terlalu lama, close dan open semula :
Paparan Pertama
- Jika telah berjaya, seterusnya anda akan mendapat paparan utk create new profile :-
NewProfile
- Tidak perlu ubah ape2, melainkan profile name, itupun jika mau ubah. Then, click OK. Selepas itu, rajah seterusnya.

- Klik Connect.
== "Connect"
- Tadaa.. kat bhgn bawah akan ade mention, Connected to GPRS/3G. Tmpt aku masih GPRS .. hehe..

Just tested. Lepas the “Tadaa” frust sikit sebab Firefox tak run then we notice the numbers to the right of “Connected to GPRS” was irratic, ada masa ada, ada masa zero but the download arrow came on so even though there were no numbers, suddenly files were being downloaded. Kita biarkan than the numbers appeared. After Firefox was updated to Ver 3.0.11, I clicked the Firefox and it runs. Now everything’s OK. Esok I akan Ubuntukan kawan punya notebook and I’ve got another Ubuntu convert.
